All handcrafted on the Northern Rivers using soft vegan velvet. ***BOW SIZING*** Sailor Bow --------------- W 10cm, H 13cm ***COLLAR SIZING*** Small // 15mm thickness // 20cm to 28cm Medium // 20mm thickness // 26cm to 33cm Large // 25mm thickness // 34cm - 48cm ***LEASH SIZING*** Leashes are 1.2 meters long, with a d-ring near the handle area to hold your essentials ***Wristlet scrunchie keyfob*** Uses the same matching fabric for the uniform look! Note: all of our products are hand-cut and sewn so please allow for an allowance of up to 1.5cm in measurements. ***PROCESSING TIME*** Please keep in mind that our items are all made to order and they are being made during the processing time. Please allow up to 3 business days for production and dispatch. ***POSTAGE*** Regular Post flat rate of $13 or an additional $3 for Express Post. Postage upgrade is available at the checkout page. ***RETURNS*** As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind so please choose carefully. If the item is faulty please get in touch with me within 2 business days of receiving the parcel, and I will happily arrange a replacement.
